Welcome to Utmost Vaulted. By accessing our site and making a purchase, you agree to comply with our core rules. To use our service, you must create a secure account and provide accurate information. We reserve the right to limit account access if rules are violated.
Pricing & Orders: All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or inventory issues. Given the high-value nature of our inventory, some transactions may require additional verification.
Shipping: We ship high-value inventory with premium insurance. Delivery timelines vary by location but typically range from 3-7 business days. Utmost Vaulted is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers once the item has left our vault.
Limitation of Liability: Utmost Vaulted provides goods 'as is.' We are not responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of our products. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate.
Returns Policy
We want you to be confident in your treasures. While many of our unique finds are eligible for return, please note that all Mystery Lots and Liquidation Deals are Final Sale due to the nature of the inventory and current availability.
- Contact our vault support team within 14 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the item's condition.
- Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Items must be returned in their original, vaulted condition with all security tags intact.
Refund Policy
Refunds are offered for eligible non-final-sale items that are returned and pass inspection. We process refunds back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the return at our facility.
Please note that timelines for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
