How we process your vault credits and cash returns.
When do I get my money?
Timeline: 5-10 business days from the date your return is processed. Once approved, funds are automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that high-value mystery lots and liquidation inventory marked 'Final Sale' are ineligible for refunds unless significantly misrepresented.
