At Utmost Vaulted, we specialize in high-value inventory and unique liquidation deals. Due to the nature of our marketplace, all mystery lots and liquidation-tier electronics are considered Final Sale. Returns are only eligible for standard shelf inventory within 14 days of delivery, provided items are returned in their original vaulted condition with all security seals intact.

Return Protocol
- Submit request within 7 days
- Photo evidence of condition required
- Original packaging must be preserved
- Restocking fees may apply (15%)

Return Process

Request Authorization: Email our support vault at support@utmostvaulted.com with your order number and clear photos of the item's current condition to initiate a return request.

Secure Packaging: If authorized, wrap the treasure in its original packaging. Ensure it is vault-ready for transport, as damage during return shipping may void your refund eligibility.

Vault Inspection & Processing: Once decoded and inspected by our team (typically 5-7 business days), you will receive a confirmation email regarding your refund or exchange status.
